... Read moreVisiting Bites & Brews was a delightful culinary journey thanks to their creative fusion cuisine. Dishes like Philly Kimchi Rigatoni and Shawarma Benedict stood out with their unique blend of flavors, making each bite exciting. From my experience, it is best to plan your visit on a regular weekday or a non-special occasion to avoid the heavy crowds, especially since the queue on Mother’s Day was uncomfortably long despite having a reservation. The seating arrangement can also impact your dining experience; outdoor tables may be less enjoyable due to Singapore’s humid and hot climate. To fully appreciate their menu, try to come early or reserve a table to secure indoor seating, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant offers a vibrant food vibe that appeals to #sgfoodie enthusiasts and anyone on the lookout for interesting food recommendations and food hunting adventures. Overall, Bites & Brews promises a great fusion food experience that is worth revisiting to explore other enticing dishes on the menu.
