Honestly I wasn’t always a runner still not the best runner but I run often sometime 1 mile sometimes 7 miles. It’s very rare I don’t run it used to take me 20 minutes to run a mile now it takes me 10 and honestly the satisfaction is worth it. It’s a matter of pacing your self and training hitting
