Hello breast pump!
I'm planning on breastfeeding and I knew I wanted a wearable. After reading reviews and narrowing down which wearable insurance would cover, it was between the Lanisoh Discreet Duo and the Aura Motif Glow. Ultimately I chose the Lanisoh due to the reviews stating it was hospital-grade suction, and its functionality. I'll do another review after my breastfeeding journey starts w/ my sweet boy.
currently my breasts are doing the random leaking and showing signs that I'm able to breastfeed. I tried on the pump and I probably got 1/2 an ounce of the cloudy milk. it came with 24mm flange inserts i think my size is smaller so I ordered a measurer and additional flange inserts. I will update you all soon.

Embarking on a breastfeeding journey often involves choosing the right breast pump to support milk production and ensure comfort. The Lansinoh Discreet Duo stands out as a hospital-grade, wearable breast pump designed to provide quiet, hands-free pumping without the hassle of cords or tubes—ideal for busy moms who desire both efficiency and discretion. One important aspect when using a wearable pump like the Lansinoh Discreet Duo is selecting the correct flange size. Since the pump kit typically comes with standard 24mm flange inserts, some users find that smaller or different sizes better suit their anatomy. Using the right size flange helps not only to enhance milk extraction but also prevents nipple discomfort or damage. Another key point is that early stages of breastfeeding often involve leakage and the appearance of cloudy milk, which are good signs of milk production readiness. Trying the pump before the baby arrives can help familiarize with the device's suction strength and functionality. Users have noted that the hospital-grade suction of this pump helps to express milk efficiently even during those early, delicate phases. Cleaning and maintenance also play a vital role in safe pumping. The Lansinoh Discreet Duo comes with several accessories, including cleaning brushes and silicone flange inserts, which help keep the device hygienic. Frequent cleaning and proper storage of parts ensure the pump operates effectively and contributes to the health of both mother and baby. Insurance coverage can sometimes assist in obtaining a high-quality breast pump. It’s worth checking with insurance providers to see if wearable pumps like Lansinoh Discreet Duo qualify, making this beneficial technology more accessible during the breastfeeding journey. Overall, choosing the Lansinoh Discreet Duo wearable breast pump offers moms a quiet, efficient, and practical option to support breastfeeding. Adjustments like ordering a measurer and additional flange inserts personalize the experience and enhance comfort. Sharing real-life experiences and updates throughout the breastfeeding process can empower other moms to make informed decisions and embrace their unique journeys confidently.

I have this pump and I love it. It’s super comfortable but kinda loud. Great battery life and easy to use. I get about 12 oz in 20 minutes with this pump.
