How’d this even happen

I got the Firefighter of the year award but no one will explain to me WHY. I was banking on one of our volunteers getting it. guy donated hours to one of our buildings, and is always fixing things. 😓 I kinda feel like we cheated him even if he did get a monetary award.#firefighter #award
