A Few Meal Prepping Ideas

Hello my lovelies; God bless all. Here are a few meals that I prepared during this journey. My biggest issue on this journey has been my eating habits and I try really hard to eat in moderation and consuming meals that aren’t empty in calories and are filling; ⬇️
