During this time, victims should try to locate as many escape items as possible without being seen. The Chase: Once Granny finishes counting, she starts actively searching for victims. If Granny touches or tags a victim, that victim is 'caught.' What happens next can vary: caught players might become 'ghosts' who can still help by calling out clues, or they might be out of the game entirely. The Escape: Victims win by successfully finding and using all the designated escape items. For instance, if the escape involves finding a key and unlocking a door, once that door is opened, everyone who is still 'free' escapes and wins! Granny Wins: Granny wins if she catches all the victims before they manage to complete their escape objective.
