The end of the fan wait was when TNY Entertainment and Technology held the "BYE BYE Trainee Let's be..." event on the L floor of the GMM Grammy Place building to wave goodbye to Trainee status with the announcement of the official band name of 5 young CAC Trainee Boys as "SlamDuck," at the unique freshman boy group, the brilliance of Gen Alpha and the power ready to make color in the T-Pop scene amid overwhelming fan cheers.
The launch marked SlamDuck's key pin under the direction of TNY Entertainment and Technology, a joint venture with GMM MUSIC. The five members - Austin, Mewie, Auto, Paint and Nive - went from trainee status to Pre-Debut, beginning their path to becoming full artists.
Another highlight of the event was the release of SlamDuck's official logo for the first time; a symbol of the start of a new chapter and a countdown to its debut in the near future.
