He is so cute! Today was a first seeing him on the ledge of a neighbors window! Isn’t he just adorable? 🥰 lol all I could think of was Ariel from Little Mermaid “I wanna be where the people are, I wanna see, wanna see 'em dancin'!” Lol 😂
