I had to take it there y’all 😆 It was only a day from last lemon cake that I had to make this deliciously moist lemon cake but with poppy seeds this times especially because for starters the last one did not last and ofcourse everyone wanted more! 🤣
Absolutely love this frosting I used and truly I just eyed it to the consistency I like and it was only lemon juice and powdered sugar.
on my last cake I used:
2 cups confectioners sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
