A little happiness from behind the room. 🌿
I thought that happiness must be something great.
You have to go far away, eat something delicious or something new in your life, but one day you try to plant something small in the back of your room.
It's like the world is slowly slowing down unconsciously, 🌳 starting with a small pot, a few vegetable seeds with the puzzled intention of "Will you survive?" 😆 Every morning you wake up, the first thing you do is not pick up your phone.
But it's a walk to see how our trees are. Are they new?
Is the soil dry? Some days I'm happy like a child, just seeing a little leaf pop up. 🌱 It's a small pleasure that doesn't require a lot of money.
But the good feeling is full 🙂 ↔️ some days tired of work, about people sitting quietly, watering trees, catching soil, catching leaves.
It's like taking a break without saying anything. And the day you pick your own grown vegetables, it's really tastier than usual, even though it's a normal vegetable, 🥬 but pride adds many more flavors. It makes you realize that happiness is sometimes not far away, just in the back of our room.
🌱 who hasn't tried, wants a little space.
Own, look at a corner and know... happiness can really grow. 💚

การได้มีพื้นที่เล็กๆ หลังบ้านหรือมุมเล็กๆ ในบ้านสำหรับปลูกต้นไม้ ถือเป็นการพักผ่อนที่ดีอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อเลยครับ การสัมผัสและดูแลต้นไม้ไม่เพียงช่วยให้เราได้ผ่อนคลายจากความเครียด แต่ยังช่วยสร้างความรู้สึกภาคภูมิใจเมื่อเห็นผลงานของเราที่ค่อยๆ โตขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ผมเองหลังจากได้ลองปลูกผักและต้นไม้เล็กๆ หลังบ้าน ก็สัมผัสได้ถึงความเปลี่ยนแปลงทางจิตใจที่ดีขึ้นมาก ทุกเช้าที่ผมตื่นมา สิ่งแรกที่อยากทำไม่ใช่หยิบมือถือ แต่กลับเป็นการเดินไปดูต้นไม้ พลางสัมผัสความสดชื่นของใบไม้และความชุ่มชื้นของดิน สิ่งเล็กๆ เหล่านี้ช่วยให้จิตใจสงบและเติมพลังใจได้เต็มที่ ในช่วงเวลาที่ชีวิตเต็มไปด้วยความวุ่นวาย การหันมาให้ความสำคัญกับพื้นที่เล็กๆ หลังบ้าน เช่น การปลูกผักสวนครัว หรือดอกไม้ประดับเล็กๆ น้อยๆ นั้น เป็นเสมือนโอเอซิสส่วนตัวที่ช่วยให้เราได้พักใจจริงๆ นอกจากนี้ การได้เก็บผักสดๆ ที่ปลูกเองมากิน นอกจากจะสดและปลอดภัย ยังเพิ่มความรู้สึกภูมิใจและความสุข เพราะนี่คือผลผลิตที่มาจากความตั้งใจและความรักที่มีต่อต้นไม้เหล่านั้น ซึ่งต่างจากการซื้อผักทั่วไปอย่างเห็นได้ชัด จึงอยากแนะนำให้ทุกคนลองหาพื้นที่เล็กๆ ในบ้านมาปลูกต้นไม้ หรือจัดมุมสวนเล็กๆ บ้างครับ เพราะมันจะช่วยสร้างความสุขที่แท้จริง และช่วยให้จิตใจได้พักผ่อนอย่างมีคุณภาพโดยไม่ต้องออกไปไหนไกล คำว่า "พื้นที่หลังห้องเล็กๆ ก็สร้างความสุขได้" ที่คุ้นเคยนั้นไม่ใช่แค่คำพูด แต่เป็นเรื่องจริงที่ใครก็ทำได้ ด้วยใจและความรักเล็กๆ ก็สามารถทำให้ชีวิตมีสีสันและความสุขในทุกๆ วันได้จริงๆ
