blue blossom brew 🩵🦋☁️
something about having a pretty drink in hand makes every little moment feel more special—whether i’m running errands, walking my dogs, or just romanticizing the day. but $7 bubble teas & lattes? yeah, that adds up fast. luckily, i love experimenting in the kitchen & have to share my latest obsession with you: a dreamy, floral blue tea that’s as delicious as it is aesthetic. it tastes like spring—light, delicate, & a little magical. friends have told me it reminds them of the blue milk from star wars at disney (i haven’t been yet, but if that’s true, i clearly need to go).
the best part? it’s so easy to make at home.
☁️ you’ll need:
• coconut milk (or your favorite milk)
• vanilla coffee creamer (i used dairy-free)
• honey
• 100% pure butterfly pea flower tea (for that gorgeous blue hue)
• jasmine blossom tea (for a soft, floral note)
☁️ how to make it:
brew a strong tea using a 2:3 ratio—2/3 tea & 1/3 milk/creamer. the smaller the container, the stronger the tea, so adjust to taste. i used two bags of butterfly pea flower tea & two bags of jasmine blossom tea. stir in honey, add your milk mixture, & enjoy!
this one is staying in my rotation for sure. have you tried butterfly pea flower tea before? let me know if you make this by tagging me in your photo! 🩵✨
