Mental health is very closely intertwined with recovery, and engaging in support communities can provide guidance and motivation. In New Jersey and New Brunswick, resources and support groups are available for those seeking recovery. By sharing experiences, knowledge, and tips, the sober community fosters an environment of empathy and encouragement. Remember, each step taken in sobriety builds resilience and fosters a healthier mindset, leading to a brighter future.

One day at a time , the choice is the most important part . I have a chronic pain illness but after being on Dilaudiid for 10 years I decided to stop using my pain as an excuse to numb myself. Proud of you .
