🐙🍜🌊 NORABA’S OCTOPUS RAMEN

Noraba’s Octopus Ramen featured a whole octopus on top, plus generous amounts of crab, abalone, mussels, clams, and other fresh seafood. The octopus was perfectly cooked — tender with a nice chew, not rubbery at all. The broth was rich and savoury with a beautiful seafood sweetness. Springy noodles soaked it all up beautifully.

Everything felt super fresh, like it came straight from the sea that day. Hearty, flavourful, and visually impressive too. Paired with the seaside setting, it made for an unforgettable meal.

... Read moreFrom my experience trying Noraba’s Octopus Ramen, the highlight is truly the combination of textures and freshness that each ingredient brings. The whole octopus on top was not just a striking visual, but also showcased expert cooking technique—tender with just the right amount of chewiness, avoiding any rubbery taste that can sometimes spoil octopus dishes. The inclusion of diverse seafood like crab, abalone, mussels, and clams contributes layers of unique briny flavors that perfectly complement the broth’s rich and savory profile. The broth itself is something I found myself savoring deeply. It carries a natural seafood sweetness without being overpowering, making it a comforting base for the springy noodles. The noodles absorbed the broth beautifully, balancing the rich flavors and providing a satisfying bite. Dining by the seaside enhanced the entire sensory experience, adding a refreshing atmosphere that perfectly matched the dish's oceanic theme. It's a meal that feels both hearty and light, an excellent choice for anyone wanting to indulge in fresh seafood with the warmth of traditional Japanese ramen. If you are an adventurous foodie, I recommend visiting Noraba for this octopus ramen to fully appreciate the delicate balance of fresh seafood and skillful cooking. This dish is not just about flavor but also about the joy of appreciating fresh ingredients served in an inviting setting. It's definitely a memorable meal that I find myself recommending to friends looking for something special and satisfying.
