Digital Calendar 📅 🫶
For my Christmas gift to myself , I got a digital calendar!
So far I’m liking it but I’m still learning it .
I want to put it on my desk where I spend most of my day but also want to keep it in my kitchen 😭
I’m working on decluttering so I’m hoping this helps with extra notebooks and planners .
If you have one, tell me everything I need to know !

I recently decided to switch to a digital calendar to help manage my busy days better, especially as I'm trying to declutter my space and reduce the number of physical notebooks and planners I use. Having a digital calendar accessible on my desk and in the kitchen has been a game changer, though I’m still experimenting with the best setup. One feature I love about a digital calendar is the ability to sync events, chores, meals, and reminders all in one place. For example, my calendar app shows daily meal plans, chores like trash sorting, and even sports lessons, which really helps keep everything organized without flipping through multiple planners. I even use the sleep mode feature on my calendar device to conserve energy when not in use, which has been super convenient. Initially, I struggled deciding where to keep the calendar because I spend time both at my desk and in my kitchen. My solution was to use an app that syncs across devices—so I can check my schedule on my phone if I'm away from the main calendar display. This has reduced my dependency on physical planners significantly, cutting down on clutter. If you’re new to digital calendars, I recommend starting with features like task lists, event reminders, and meal planning options to see where it fits best in your lifestyle. You can customize categories like “Meals,” “Tasks,” and “Rewards” for motivation. Plus, the ability to add photos or notes makes planning more interactive and personalized. Overall, transitioning to a digital calendar has made my scheduling more flexible and streamlined. It supports my goal of staying organized without the overwhelm of multiple physical planners. For those considering digital planning, take time to explore the app’s settings to tailor it to your needs, and don’t be afraid to keep tweaking your setup until it feels just right.
