Kids Gruns Gummies ✨

I was influenced to buy these from a commercial saying “my kids think they are a treat “ or something of that nature.

They were $10 at Walmart.

They have a strong vitamin smell , so most children will probably know they aren’t necessarily a treat .

My son is eating them but said he would rate them 5/10.

He is 10 years old and it’s hard to make sure he is getting enough greens because he acts like he is allergic to vegetables!

I’m not sure if I will repurchase them .

Kids Gruns Supergreens Gummies offer a convenient solution by combining a variety of superfoods and vitamins into a tasty gummy form. These gummies are formulated with a blend of organic ingredients like kale leaf powder, spirulina, cranberry, and strawberry flavors, designed to provide comprehensive nutrition and support developmental growth. From my experience, while these gummies do have a strong vitamin aroma that might alert kids to their nutritional nature, the strawberry burst flavor helps make them more palatable compared to other greens supplements. However, children accustomed to candy-like gummies might still find the taste less enjoyable, as reflected by a 5/10 rating from a 10-year-old tester. This suggests that the gummies strike a balance between flavor and health benefits but may not be perceived as a treat by all kids. The supplement facts highlight an impressive range of vitamins such as A, C, D, E, multiple B vitamins, iron, zinc, and selenium, making these gummies a powerful daily supplement for kids who are picky eaters or show vegetable aversion. It’s important to note that each serving contains 7 grams of added sugars, which should be considered when managing your child's overall sugar intake. From a practical standpoint, the packaging includes 12 snack packs, making daily dosing straightforward and portable. Priced around $10 at Walmart, they offer a reasonable cost for parents looking for a daily nutritional boost for their kids. In conclusion, while Kids Gruns Gummies might not be a perfect treat in taste, they provide a convenient and nutrient-rich option for parents striving to fill the dietary gaps when children avoid greens. It's worth trying to see if your child accepts them, but keep in mind the subjective taste preferences and sugar content. Monitoring your child's reaction and considering them as part of a balanced diet will help you decide if they merit repurchase.
