Must-try afternoon café | Opening hours 6am-2pm
Went to brunch with my friends at First Watch and had their new spring menu items
Pineapple Express- 7/10 light pineapple flavor. Way too watery for my liking
Steak Hash bowl- 8/10 the potato’s were el dente, eggs cooked perfectly, good amount of meat
Million Dollar Bacon- 10/10 of course🤩🤩
Carrot Pecan pancake- 7/10 I love raisins
I recently visited First Watch with friends to try their new spring menu, and I was excited to see such a variety of options that cater to different tastes. The Pineapple Express was refreshing but on the lighter side; personally, I found it a bit too watery, so if you prefer a bolder pineapple flavor, you might want to ask for less dilution or pick another drink. The Steak Hash Bowl stood out with perfectly cooked eggs and just the right tenderness in the potatoes, which were al dente—a texture I particularly appreciate in hash dishes. It had a generous portion of steak that added a savory balance to the meal, making it a satisfying choice for anyone craving hearty brunch fare. Of course, the Million Dollar Bacon is a fan favorite for a reason. It’s irresistibly crispy and flavorful—scoring it a perfect 10 is easy! If you love bacon, this dish is a must-order and really complements the other brunch items beautifully. Lastly, the Carrot Pecan Pancake was decent, though I personally would have liked more raisins to enhance the sweetness. The combination of carrots and pecans is a pleasant twist on traditional pancakes and provides a nice texture contrast. Overall, First Watch’s spring menu offers a great mix of light and hearty brunch options served conveniently during their 6am-2pm hours. For those who enjoy a relaxed café atmosphere with friends, this is a superb spot to explore new flavors and enjoy a delicious brunch. Don’t forget to share your own experiences with their seasonal menu—you might discover your new favorite! #firstwatchrestaurant #brunchideas
