So I made matcha dark chocolate cookies with amazing texture and layers. Made with 100g butter, 30g sugar, 50g egg, 170g flour, 7g matcha powder, a pinch of salt, baking soda, crunchy toasted cashews, and melty dark chocolate chunks. They’re so buttery and crumbly that they melt in your mouth..
