Sticky Rice, Steamed Vegetables, & Asian Sticky Ribs.

Ingredients

1/2 bok choy

1 pack baby bella mushrooms

1 pack beech mushrooms

mirin

rice wine vinegar

sesame oil

soy sauce

hoisin sauce

garlic powder

black pepper

sushi rice

eggs ( optional )

1. Pour about 1 tsp of sesame oil into pan or skillet on medium heat.

2. Add vegetables to pan.

3. Pour in 1 tsp of mirin, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of hoisin sauce.

4. Sprinkle in garlic powder and black pepper to your liking.

5. Pour in water just enough to cover the bottom of pan. Cover and cook on low heat for 4-6 mins.

6. Wash 2 cups of sushi rice and cook in rice cooker. Season with splash of sesame oil and rice wine vinegar.

7. Plate rice with vegetables and ribs, and / or a fried egg. Enjoy!

** Don’t over cook vegetables it will get soggy. **
