Overthinking what to post

As a person who generally overthinks everything, trying to figure out what the post is giving me anxiety. I know it’s not that serious, but I can’t communicate that to my brain. I don’t really care to have a niche or do I believe I have one so most of my post will be pretty random anyway. though I don’t show it in my real life I’m very insecure about the way that I look and how I present myself to people. Judgement and opinions really stick with me and fck up my mental. It’s something that I’ve continued to to work on at my big age.

I’ve found that if I just post what I want to and don’t worry about what other people thing, the anxiety goes down.
