Ingredients:

1c Flour

1c Plain Greek Yogurt (I used Fage Total 0)

1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda

(optional ingredients)

1 egg

Everything but the Bagel Seasoning

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together till forms a dough. Kneed till smooth.

2. Split dough into 4 and shape into Bagels

3. (Optional step - I recommend) mix egg for egg wash brush wash onto tops of bagels top with everything but the bagel seasoning.

4. Air fry at 340 for 15-20 minutes or Bake at 375 35 minutes
