1 Box of Jiffy Cornbread Mix

1 egg

1/3 c Milk

1/2 c Sour Cream

2 Diced jalapeños

1 can of corn

4 Pieces of cooked bacon chopped

1 1/2 c Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together (leave a small amount of jalapeno, bacon and cheese to add to the top)

2. Pour in greased dish/pan top with remaining cheese, bacon and jalapeno
