Make ahead Freezer Meals for Expecting Moms

One of the most helpful thing I did before having my first baby was making freezer meals I could pop in the crockpot or instant pot and just let it cook! I was so glad I did this ahead of time especially since I ended up having a C-section it was so so helpful!!
