The "0% installment" trap we've been stuck in for years.
We used to think that "0% installment" was a good thing, because it didn't look like a lot, only 200-300 a month, until one day it became 1,000-2,000, and then it went up and up until it turned into a month of more than thirty thousand baht.
When the income was good, it wasn't heavy, but the day the business fell (we couldn't sell it since the fifth month of this year), it was a burden, not an opportunity.
In the past, we used credit cards on everything - gas, freeway, eating, grab, 7-Eleven - until the money we earned had to close all the cards, no leftovers, and then re-looped. Use a new card because there was no cash.
Until one day we decided to stop using every card for a full month and find a way to increase revenue, until now we're seeing a solution - at the end of October, we should close almost 90% of the debt, leaving only about $3,000 a month for tuition and insurance.
Now understand that "no debt" is the most comfortable in real life. 🕊️
