Toddler meal ideas!
This is what my baby ate last week, I know how hard is to think in what to cook everyday so here are some ideas. I always try to cook something that everyone can eat including my baby 🫶🏻💕 Also he eats a big meal for dinner because he doesn’t like snacks, he eats 3 times a day only so I try to make him big meals 😅
And yes, my baby is obsessed with oranges 🤣

Feeding toddlers can be challenging, but with the right meal ideas, it becomes a fun and rewarding experience. Incorporating diverse flavors and ingredients is essential for a balanced diet. Consider meals like Peruvian Chicken Stew combined with carrots and rice or Beet and Rice with ground beef. Egg noodles tossed in pesto or Alfredo sauce can be delightful for little taste buds, while dishes like homemade chicken nuggets will ensure your toddler enjoys every bite. Don’t forget about fruits! Many toddlers have a natural preference for sweet fruits like oranges and bananas, which can be easily included in their meals. For instance, pairing spaghetti Bolognese or baked potatoes with a side of orange slices adds nutritional value and keeps them excited about mealtime. Remember to include avocado, which is not just tasty but also packed with healthy fats essential for your toddler's growth. Make mealtimes a family affair by preparing big meals that everyone can enjoy together. This way, your toddler feels included and encouraged to try new things. Engaging in conversations about what everyone is eating can also promote a healthy attitude towards food and dining. Always aim for variety to keep meal times interesting and nutritious!
