Vivid ink liners from A Status cosmetics They are all VERY vibrant! They are more of a paint texture, I did notice that they need to dry inbetween layers so they don’t budge. Once they are dry however THEY DONT MOVE!! super easy to take off too, one wipe with a makeup towel and it was off.
