Skin care that completely changed my skin

My personal routine involves using the PanOxyl 10% Benzoyl Peroxide Foaming Face Wash twice daily – once in the morning and once at night. A huge tip I picked up, which made a difference for stubborn blemishes on my face, is to treat it like a mini mask. After wetting my face, I apply a thin layer and let it sit for about 2-3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. This really lets the benzoyl peroxide work its magic on breakouts. If you're just starting out, especially with the 10% strength, you might want to ease into it. Maybe try once a day or every other day at night to see how your skin reacts. It can be a bit drying, so pairing it with a good moisturizer is key. That brings me to my next point! For people wondering about CeraVe acne before and after results, I can tell you my experience! While PanOxyl tackles the active breakouts, CeraVe products like their Ultra Lightweight Facial Moisturizing Lotion were essential for keeping my skin barrier healthy and hydrated, especially at night when my skin was recovering. In the mornings, after washing with PanOxyl, I always followed up with PanOxyl's Oil Control Moisturizer SPF 30. Sun protection is non-negotiable, especially when using active ingredients that can increase sun sensitivity! The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner was my secret weapon for improving skin texture and fading post-acne marks. I only used this 3 times a week at night, on nights I wasn't using PanOxyl. Remember the 'less is more' rule! Over-exfoliating can do more harm than good, especially for combination, acne-prone skin. It gently exfoliates, helping with those lingering blemishes and giving that 'after' glow. Beyond the products, consistency is crucial. It took me about 3 months to see the full 'before and after' transformation, and patience truly is a virtue in skincare. If you're looking for these products, places like Jean Coutu often carry PanOxyl and CeraVe. I always check for sales or bundles to keep my routine inexpensive, because effective skincare doesn't have to break the bank. For persistent blemishes on face, remember that skincare is just one piece of the puzzle. Hydration, a balanced diet, and stress management also play huge roles. If you're struggling, don't hesitate to consult a dermatologist for personalized advice. But for me, this combination of affordable, targeted products made all the difference!
