That's actually why I love creating original characters (OCs) for the show – it's like adding a piece of myself to the universe I adore, and it makes watching even more immersive. If you've ever thought about making your own Gravity Falls OC, it’s such a rewarding experience! I always start by thinking about their connection to the Pines family or the town itself. Are they a cryptid hunter with a hidden journal? A long-lost relative with a mysterious past? Maybe a resident of the town with a secret ability, often feeling like 'other boys' or girls don't quite understand them? For instance, I created an OC who has a knack for deciphering ancient texts, which would definitely come in handy in Gravity Falls! It's about giving them a unique personality, a compelling backstory, and a cool design that fits the show's aesthetic. Remember, even small details like their favorite snack or a quirky habit can make them feel so real. I often imagine my OC saying things like, "Don't tell me what to do!" or "Just let me figure it out!" – a nod to their independent, curious spirit, much like Dipper or Mabel. And speaking of secrets, that query about 'the 6th option on Bill's editing software' always gets me thinking! It's such a specific detail from the fandom, and it really shows how deep fans go into the lore. What could that 6th option be? My personal theory is it might be something truly reality-bending, even for Bill. Perhaps it allows him to manipulate memories on a grand scale, or maybe even rewrite timelines in a subtle way that goes beyond his usual chaos. Or perhaps it's something mundane but unexpectedly powerful, like an option to 'undo' something catastrophic with a single click – which Bill would never use, of course!
