Weightloss Motivation๐ŸŒธโœจ

I wish I can give the girl in the first picture a big hug and tell her she is going to love herself and make the best decision to put herself first๐Ÿฅบ

That girl was so sad and heart broken, she beat herself up all the time and she didn't deserve the negative thoughts or negative self talk. She was hopeless and depressed and so very uncomfortable in her body๐Ÿ’”

I am a full year into my weight loss journey and no where am I am expert nor do I claim to be, I still have a long way to go but the point is I am still pushing myself and pushing through๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

A big part of this journey is MENTAL๐Ÿง

I never really realized that you (self) is your biggest enemy! I cannot tell you how many times I have been at the gym and have thought to myself:

โ€ขWhat is the point of this?

โ€ขWhy am I doing this?

โ€ขThis hurts we should just stop while we are ahead.

โ€ขOr my most recent thoughts "all this work for what you look the same"

More and more each day those voices die down but they still linger in from time to time. It's never at all easy to stay motivated but push yourself, listen to your body and let go of the version of you that you wish to shed.

Change your mindset and set boundaries! Of course change your diet and move your body at least 30-45 mins a day.

Progress is slow but it's still PROGRESS celebrate that shit! Celebrate every pound, every inch, every mild stone you surpass who cares if no one else gets it you get it! ๐Ÿฅณ

โœจYOU ARE WORTH EVERY BIT OF EFFORT AND WORK, INVEST IN YOURSELF... CHOOSE YOUโœจ๐ŸŒป

... Read moreIn a world filled with fitness trends and rapid transformations, it's essential to remember that weight loss is a journey unique to each individual. The transformation from a size 14 to a size 11 reflects not just physical changes but mental resilience. Acknowledging the often-overlooked mental aspects of weight loss can empower individuals to tackle their struggles head-on. As you embark on this journey, it's beneficial to set realistic goals and understand that progress, no matter how small, is still progress. Celebrate every victory, whether it's sticking to your workout routine or making healthier food choices. Weight loss is not just about numbers; it's about how you feel in your body and mind. Join supportive communities, both online and offline, where experiences and encouragement flow freely. Finding others who share similar struggles can ignite motivation and create lasting friendships. Incorporating various forms of exercise into your routine can not only accelerate weight loss but also keep it enjoyable. Try mixing cardio with strength training or engaging in group classes that energize your spirit. Remember, fitness should be a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment for what you eat. Lastly, don't underestimate the power of mindset. Embracing a positive inner dialogue will transform the way you perceive your progress and lead to lasting change. Focus on your achievements, keep moving forward, and remind yourself that you are worth every bit of effort on this rewarding path to self-discovery and health.
