I love these prompts!! I don’t journal every single day but I do stay consistent. At least once or twice a week. I pick questions out of my lineup that I feel will help me reflect with whatever is going on in my life at the time. I included an example page. Normal journaling has never been effective for me but this has been great!! I hope these help you and encourage you to dig a little deeper into yourself and mind!!
