Amazon built me when everyone said it wouldn’t
I’ve been at Amazon for 2 1/2 years. I don’t regret a single thing and it has been the most rewarding journey of my life. I truly don’t know who I would be without it. I don’t plan to stay there forever. A few more years and then I’m planning to leave. If you’re in a rut, or if you feel hopeless I hope this inspires you. I dropped everything to go and pursue something I wasn’t even sure if I could catch and I did. One day at a time. I built myself and Amazon has turned into my playground. Never parked on the first four rows. I don’t even know what the elevator looks like because I never allowed myself to take it. I love this place not because of my job, but because this is where I reinvented myself.
