PREGNANCY MUST-HAVES
These were my absolute must have at all time products when I was pregnant!! Especially during the first trimester (minus the stretch mark cream which was essential second and third trimester)
I swear I saw the Palmer’s stretch mark cream everywhere I think just because it’s a popular generic brand but I did the heck out of my research into a better one (for me) once I started seeing my first stretch marks and found this one which worked so well for me! I think some people who say their stretch mark cream worked just were never going to get stretch marks in the first place 😂 because some people don’t! This was not the case for me- I have permanent stretch marks on my boobs because they were too far gone by the time I found this cream, and I also didn’t even realize I was supposed to put it on my boobs. After I found this cream I would layer it on a couple extra times a day when I noticed some starting to appear and it would keep it under control and now I have none on my stomach after pregnancy even though I have pictures where you can totally see where they were starting when I was pregnant!
PLACES TO PUT STRETCH MARK CREAM (now that I know about all the places after learning the hard way lol):
Boobs, butt, inner thighs, love handle area on the back, stomach

Choosing the right prenatal vitamins was one of my biggest dilemmas during pregnancy! With so many options out there, it felt overwhelming to pick one that truly aligned with my health goals and my baby's needs. I remember seeing 'Garden of Life Mykind Organics Prenatal Gummies' pop up frequently in my research, and for good reason – they’re a popular choice for moms-to-be looking for something a bit different from traditional pills. What really stood out to me about the Garden of Life Mykind Organics range was their emphasis on whole-food ingredients and being certified organic. It gave me peace of mind knowing I wasn't just getting synthetic vitamins, but nutrients derived from real fruits and vegetables. For me, that commitment to clean ingredients was a huge plus. They also boast important nutrients like folate from organic lemon peel, which is so crucial for baby's development, especially in those early weeks. Plus, getting enough iron and B vitamins from a reliable source is key for energy, something every pregnant mom needs! Beyond the ingredients, let's be real – the 'gummy' factor is a game-changer for many. If you're anything like me, especially during the first trimester when morning sickness hit hard, swallowing big pills can be a real struggle. These gummies often come in delicious fruit flavors, making them much easier to take consistently. I know for myself, anything that made my daily routine smoother, particularly when I was dealing with constant nausea, was a win. Speaking of nausea, while I relied on my anti-nausea bands to get through some tough patches, having a prenatal that didn't upset my stomach was equally important. It’s not just about the vitamins themselves, but how they fit into your overall pregnancy wellness routine. I found that combining a good prenatal with other essential habits made a huge difference. For instance, staying hydrated and making sure I was getting enough protein, sometimes through quick protein shakes when I couldn't face a full meal, really complemented my vitamin intake. It felt like a holistic approach to nurturing myself and my growing baby. And let's not forget comfort! While prenatal gummies support internal health, other external comforts are equally vital. Finding a super comfy bra was a priority for me as my body changed, just like making sure I had my go-to stretch mark cream. All these elements, from the nutrients I consumed to the comfort items I used daily, contributed to a smoother pregnancy journey. It’s all about building a comprehensive support system for your body during this incredible time. So, if you're exploring prenatal options, Garden of Life Mykind Organics Prenatal Gummies are definitely worth looking into, especially if you prioritize organic, whole-food goodness and an easier-to-take format. They were a consistent part of my journey to feeling my best, alongside all my other pregnancy must-haves!
