THINGS I’LL DO DIFFERENT WITH MY NEXT PREGNANCY

I honestly have no idea why but during my first pregnancy I didn’t take many pictures at all and that is definitely my biggest regret!!

I think it was a combo of the fact that I felt gross in pictures and also that I was waiting until I was “bigger” to take pictures I guess but I didn’t realize I was bigger I just didn’t realize how much I was growing because I saw myself every day if that makes sense 😂

Many expectant mothers share similar regrets about not capturing enough memories through photos or journaling. It can be easy to feel unmotivated or insecure during these changes, but embracing the journey is crucial. Here are a few things you might consider for your next pregnancy: 1. **Documenting Your Journey:** Make it a point to take regular photos, not just when you feel you look your best. These moments, big and small, will become cherished memories. 2. **Creating a Pregnancy Journal:** Writing down your thoughts and feelings can be therapeutic and help you appreciate the journey as it unfolds. This documentation can also shape how you approach future pregnancies. 3. **Connect with Other Moms:** Engaging in parenting forums or social media groups can provide support and inspiration. Sharing experiences and advice can significantly enhance your pregnancy journey. You can also follow hashtags like #pregnancy and #momlife on platforms to find a community that shares your experiences. 4. **Embrace Your Body:** It’s natural to feel different during pregnancy. Focus on loving your body and the incredible changes it’s going through. Consider self-care routines that make you feel good, whether it's dressing up or pampering yourself. 5. **Plan for the Future:** Think about how you want to approach nursing, sleep training, and other aspects of motherhood with your next child, as preparing in advance can alleviate stress. Remember, every pregnancy is unique, and sharing your journey with others can create lasting bonds. Whether through photos or stories, cherish every moment!

My biggest regret too! I wish I took more pregnancy pics but they’ll be so cute with your daughter in them!
