「出汁林 ランチ」って検索すると“食べ放題って本当？”とか“メニューはどれが人気？”が気になってくると思うので、私が行った時の動き方を補足します。 まずランチは予約不可なので、確実に入りたいなら開店直後を狙うのが安心でした。私が行った平日11時台でも店内はかなり埋まっていて、体感9割くらい。渋谷のど真ん中（東急プラザ渋谷6階）なので、雨の日や暑い日でも駅からの移動がラクなのが地味に助かります。 「出汁林 メニュー」は定食系が中心で、鶏南蛮定食みたいに“ご飯が進む”味付けのものが多めな印象。初めてなら、まずは定番っぽい鶏南蛮から入るのが失敗しにくいと思いました。タルタルがしっかりめで、レモンも添えてあって最後まで食べやすいです。副菜（なすの煮浸し、切り干し大根など）と味噌汁が付くので、見た目以上に満足感あり。 そして一番のポイントが「卵・ご飯・鰹節が食べ放題」。卵は竹かごに山盛りで置かれていて、テンション上がりました。おすすめは、最初は定食を普通に食べて、後半に“卵＋鰹節＋醤油（あれば）”で卵かけご飯にする流れ。おかずが濃いめなので、TKGにすると味のリセットにもなって食べやすいです。 注意点もあって、ご飯の量が最初から多めに感じたので、少食の人は注文時に「ご飯少なめ」でお願いしておくと安心。食べ放題だからこそ、最初に盛りすぎない方が結果的にいろいろ楽しめます。 席はカウンターもテーブルもあって、1人ランチでも入りやすい雰囲気。店内もおしゃれで“定食屋さん”より“きれいめ和食”寄りなので、友達と渋谷ランチしたい時にも使いやすそうでした。 最後に、検索でたまに「出汁 小林 メニュー」と出てくるけど、行きたいお店は渋谷の「出汁林」。迷ったら住所が“道玄坂1-2-3 東急プラザ渋谷6階”になっているか確認すると安心です。
