生後1ヶ月を迎えた赤ちゃんの成長は、親にとって驚きと感動の連続ですよね。私も同じ経験をしましたが、初めて抱っこした時の軽さから、たった1ヶ月で体重が大幅に増える様子に毎日驚かされました。新生児期は頻回授乳が大変で、特に夜の睡眠がまとまらず昼夜逆転になりがちですよね。私の場合は、赤ちゃんのリズムを徐々に整えるために、日中は外の光を浴びさせたり、お昼寝の時間を調整したりと工夫を重ねました。また、抱っこや授乳の際、身体にかかる負担を減らすために抱き方やクッションを使うことも大切だと感じました。赤ちゃんの成長を見ると、毎日の小さな変化にも大きな喜びを感じます。例えば、一緒にお風呂に入れている時や、笑顔を見せてくれた瞬間など、どれもかけがえのない思い出です。育児は時に大変ですが、赤ちゃんと過ごすこの貴重な時間を大切にしてゆっくり楽しむことが何よりも大事だと思います。これから外に出て遊ぶ機会も増えていくと思いますが、生後1ヶ月という新生児期の時期はあっという間に過ぎ去るので、しっかり赤ちゃんと向き合いながら楽しく過ごしてくださいね。
