🌸Hey yall🌸
In my own experience, the toughest but most rewarding decision is learning to cut off all the 'iffy' or uncertain people and situations from my life. At first, it feels abrupt and uncomfortable—like you’re abandoning possibilities or relationships. But over time, the clarity it brings is refreshing. When you eliminate those 'iffy ones,' who might cause doubt or stress, it creates space for more positive, genuine connections. It’s about prioritizing your mental health and peace of mind. Think of it as a detox for your social and emotional environment—removing anything that doesn't contribute to your growth or happiness. A quick and straightforward rule I follow is if something feels off or drains your energy without good reason, it’s okay to let it go. Period. This attitude leads to a healthier mindset and better focus on what matters most to you. It takes courage, but the benefits of surrounding yourself only with supportive and trustworthy elements are immense. Ultimately, this approach aligns with self-respect and personal boundaries. It empowers you to take control of your life by cutting off the indecisive, unreliable, or harmful influences. Remember, taking care of yourself includes nurturing your environment and the company you keep.
