BIG GIRL JOB 💸

I’ve been a SAH fiancé/wife/mom for a super long time. During this time, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise, Sport, & Movement Sciences with a minor in pre-health! 💪🏾

I recently found a job using my degree and let me say!! I didn’t know it was my dream job until I started working. I work with ✨ industrial athletes ✨ and help them do their jobs safer!

Industrial athletes are “men and women who perform services with high physical demand, using strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination.” Where I fit in is helping them keep their bodies healthy while performing their jobs & finding ways to make their workplace safer for them to do their jobs.

Emphasizing continuous training and development helps workers to adapt to new challenges, maintaining both productivity and safety. As my journey continues, I look forward to advocating for healthier work environments and inspiring others to pursue careers that blend personal fulfillment with professional contributions.
