Loaded Bagel

My boyfriend and I love making these about every other morning! He prefers to stick to the basics: spam, cream cheese and a fried egg on top (he also eats the whole bagel, each loaded with those things).

I personally stick to half since I know I get too full eating a full one. I'll add the same to mine; also adding whatever I may have on hand. Onion, corn, cucumber, avocado, hemp heart seeds, pumpkin seeds. It makes it taste soooo good and I love the variety.

Now I feel like recording a video of he and I making this 🤔 It's good shit lol. I'll also pair it with fruit and yesterday we tried it with a Costco croissant and mmmm I'm probably gonna have it again for breakfast haha
