I wouldn’t be able to celebrate Mother’s Day without her…
Being a mom is the hardest thing in the world because I want to be best for my babies. My oldest has held me down through the best of times and the worst of times and she’s such an incredible person.
There have been so many days I didn’t know how I was going to make it but I would look at her and figure it out. Now I get to look at 6 eyes and I’m better for them because of her.
I love you to the moon and back @princess k and thank you for giving me grace, loving me through my eff ups and being the first right thing that got us back on track.
Motherhood is truly one of the most challenging yet rewarding journeys one can embark on. Reflecting on my own experience, I’ve learned that having a supportive child, especially the oldest, can be a source of unimaginable strength. There were countless days when life’s pressures seemed overwhelming—balancing responsibilities, managing emotions, and striving to be the best mom possible. Yet, whenever I felt like giving up, I found solace in the eyes of my oldest daughter. Her resilience and love gave me the courage to keep moving forward. Looking back, the relationship with my oldest child has been a cornerstone for our entire family. She not only helped me navigate the toughest times but also modeled kindness, patience, and understanding that have shaped how I raise my younger children. This connection created a ripple effect, positively impacting the dynamics between all of us. Celebrating Mother’s Day without acknowledging such a powerful bond feels incomplete. From personal experience, I encourage other moms to cherish these unique connections. Whether it’s through shared moments of laughter, forgiveness, or support during failures, these experiences bring a deeper meaning to motherhood. Celebrating these bonds publicly, like during Mother’s Day, reminds us all that motherhood isn’t just about the daily tasks, but about the love and grace that sustain us every step of the way.
