Life hit me so hard that I can’t stand…

There were days I smiled in public but cried in silence.

Days I questioned my strength.

Days I felt like giving up because everything @felt too heavy.

Life doesn’t knock softly.

Sometimes it crashes into you — breaking plans, trust, dreams, and the version of you that once felt unshakable.

It’s a strange and lonely experience to put on a brave face while quietly wrestling with doubt and despair. During these moments, it’s normal to question your own strength and wonder if you can keep going. One thing I’ve learned is the importance of acknowledging these feelings instead of pushing them away. We don’t always have to be strong; sometimes, strength comes from admitting vulnerability and allowing ourselves to feel hurt. When life crashes into us—breaking our plans, our trust in others, and even our own identity—it can feel like everything is falling apart. But this breaking can be a beginning, a path toward growth and rediscovery. Finding small anchors amidst chaos is essential. It might be a trusted friend who listens without judgment, a moment in nature that brings peace, or a creative outlet that helps express what words cannot. Over time, these moments build resilience, enabling us to stand again, perhaps even stronger than before. I have also found that sharing my story helps both myself and others. It reminds me that I am not alone, and it offers hope to those who feel overwhelmed. Life doesn’t always knock gently, but standing up after it hits is a testament to the human spirit’s resilience. Remember, it’s okay to ask for help and to take one day at a time. Healing is rarely linear, but every step forward matters.
