Balancing mom life with fitness means early mornings or late evenings become prime workout times. Consistency is key, so I set reminders and prepared my gear ahead of time. I found that integrating the challenge into my daily routine helped me not only stay committed but also model healthy habits for my kids. Nutrition is another huge part of this journey. Sticking to a healthy meal plan without cheat meals was tough but rewarding. Staying hydrated and fueling my body properly kept my energy levels up throughout the day. Motivation comes from focusing on small wins, like completing each workout or tracking improvements in my pace and heart rate. Sharing progress on social media, using hashtags like #75hardjourney and #momfitness, created a positive accountability community that keeps me inspired. For anyone considering the 75 Hard challenge, especially moms juggling multiple responsibilities, my advice is to plan thoroughly, listen to your body, and celebrate even the smallest milestones. The challenge is as much mental as physical, and sticking with it can transform your mindset and overall well-being.
