Viral Cottage Cheese Chips Review

I made these cottage cheese chips that are trending on the health side of tiktok and hated them 💀

I wouldn’t make these again. Each chip cooked differently. Some were undercooked, some burnt, some fine.

I baked these at 350°F for 28 minutes. Some recipes suggested 30 or 40 minutes. I let these sit on the pan for about 5 minutes after removing from the oven.

Maybe this could work faster in the air fryer? I don’t know. I wasn’t too impressed with the texture or the flavor, and wouldn’t spend nearly 30 minutes working on making them again 😬
