3 Ingredient Air Fryer Hashbrown Breakfast Bowl

I wanted something quick and vegetarian for breakfast, so I made this with my air fryer! You can definitely jazz it up with more toppings like bacon bits, egg, pickled onions, or sun dried tomatoes. This all comes together in 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

• Tater tots (I used 15 total)

• Cheese of choice (I used goat)

• 1/2 Avocado

• Hot sauce (optional)

Directions:

1. Cook tater tots at 400°F for 5 minutes.

2. Put tater tots into a small, oven safe dish. Mash carefully.

3. Cook the dish with tater tots for an additional 5 minutes or until crispy.

4. Carefully remove the dish from the air fryer. Layer with cheese and sliced avocado. Top with hot sauce if you’d like. Enjoy!
