A High Fiber Snack That Tastes Like Cheez Itz! 🧀

I’ve been trying to get more fiber in my diet and I stumbled on these at my grocery store.

They’re similar to Cheez Itz but the nutrition is crazy! I compared this to a real box of Cheez Itz (which I already had) and one serving half the amount of calories but 13g of fiber!

• They’re pretty close to Cheez-Itz in taste

• They have a light cheese dusting on them

• They’re a little duller in color than real Cheez Itz and a little smaller

But… I loved these! I’d buy these again. I ended up eating half of the bag in one sitting 💀

They are a bit smaller and have a duller yellow color, but that doesn’t affect the enjoyment at all. The texture is just right — crunchy but not overly hard, making them perfect for snacking. I found these snacks at my local international grocery store, but they’re also available at Meijer, making them accessible if you're looking to give them a try. The ingredient list is pretty straightforward, combining modified wheat starch, cheddar cheese, sunflower oil, and other familiar seasonings, so you know you’re getting a quality product. One thing to note is the net carbs are much lower than typical cheese crackers: about 6g net carbs per serving, thanks to the high fiber content, which is excellent if you’re mindful of carb intake or following a low-carb lifestyle. Having tried several servings, I can attest to their snackability. I ended up eating half the bag in one sitting, which can be a double-edged sword for portion control, but also shows how enjoyable they are.
