The Abbey Yung Method smartly breaks down product options based on hair types, ensuring targeted treatment. For example, if you have fine or thin hair, Pantene Miracle Rescue or Elizavecca CER-100 are excellent because they deliver lightweight conditioning without weighing hair down, which I’ve found keeps my hair feeling fresh and voluminous. For those with thicker or coarser hair, I highly recommend Amika The Kure or Dove Bond Strength. They offer rich, nourishing formulations that deeply repair and strengthen strands, leaving hair silky and manageable. The thick, creamy textures and scents like vanilla or citrus create a luxurious experience during use. What's helpful is using more than one conditioning product per wash, such as combining a gloss with a mask or a conditioner with a serum mask. This layering approach, highlighted in the Abbey Yung Method, maximizes moisture and repair benefits, especially for damaged or color-treated hair. I've found that paying attention to fragrance and weight is as important as the product’s repair capabilities—lighter products with tropical or floral notes can uplift your wash routine, while heavier creams better fight damage but should be reserved for hair that tolerates richer formulations. Ultimately, following a guided approach like the Abbey Yung Method helps prevent guesswork and product overload, enabling you to maintain healthy, soft, and vibrant hair tailored precisely to your needs.

i use amika’s the kure on my fine hair once a week. i bleach my hair regularly, and leave it on only for 3-4 minutes. it can be used on fine hair, and it does wonders for mine, you just have to adjust how you use it
