Quick clean reset
December-
It's been quite a week, to say the least. Two of my kids are battling Flu A, and I'm doing everything I can to keep my 6-week-old safe from it. I'm feeling exhausted, sleepy, and overwhelmed—my anxiety is through the roof. Yet somehow, as moms, we find the strength to push through even the toughest challenges because seeing our little ones unwell breaks our hearts. Amidst all the chaos, I'm incredibly grateful for my little family.
Here's to surviving flu season together!

Flu season can be overwhelming, especially for parents balancing illness and caregiving. It's crucial to prioritize health and cleanliness at home to protect your family. Regularly sanitizing commonly touched surfaces helps prevent the spread of germs. Additionally, creating a dedicated space for sick family members can be beneficial for recovery. Remember to take care of yourself, as a healthy caregiver can provide the best support. Engaging in light cleaning tasks can provide a sense of control during chaos, allowing you to reset your environment and mind. Simple actions, such as decluttering or tidying a room, can elevate the overall atmosphere in your home. As you engage in self-care practices, don't forget to lean on others for support, whether that means asking for help from family or connecting with other parents facing similar challenges. Embrace the journey and remember that it's okay to ask for help when you need it.
