Heartbroken 💔
The night of March 25th I found out I was indeed pregnant. I was so happy, scared, and nervous of the outcome. Mind you in 2023 I had two miscarriages at 9 week each. So I felt that this pregnancy was going to be good. Then on Tuesday April 22nd during another ultrasound there was no heartbeat. I lost another baby, Im so heartbroken over this. I had to get get surgery yesterday and feeling so empty and broken over this. How do you move on with life after losing 3 babies. The boz of stuff and charm is from the hospital after finding out I lost my child. They have been so kind and helped me in any way. I just want my babies.
Experiencing pregnancy loss is a deeply personal and challenging journey. For many, the road to healing post-miscarriage is fraught with emotional turmoil and uncertainty. It's important to acknowledge that everyone copes differently, and there's no right or wrong way to feel. Seeking support from loved ones or professional counseling can be beneficial. Many find solace in sharing their experiences with others who have gone through similar grief, fostering a sense of belonging and understanding. Creating a memorial for lost babies, whether through planting a tree or holding a small ceremony, can also provide a space for closure and remembrance. Additionally, exploring new ways to express emotions, such as journaling or engaging in art, can facilitate the healing process. Remember, it’s okay to grieve and there’s no timeline for recovery. Taking small steps each day towards emotional healing can lead to gradually finding light amidst the pain. Always consider reaching out to support groups or counselors specialized in prenatal or postnatal grief, as they can provide invaluable resources and perspectives on healing.
