Heartbroken 💔

The night of March 25th I found out I was indeed pregnant. I was so happy, scared, and nervous of the outcome. Mind you in 2023 I had two miscarriages at 9 week each. So I felt that this pregnancy was going to be good. Then on Tuesday April 22nd during another ultrasound there was no heartbeat. I lost another baby, Im so heartbroken over this. I had to get get surgery yesterday and feeling so empty and broken over this. How do you move on with life after losing 3 babies. The boz of stuff and charm is from the hospital after finding out I lost my child. They have been so kind and helped me in any way. I just want my babies.

It's important to acknowledge that everyone copes differently, and there's no right or wrong way to feel. Seeking support from loved ones or professional counseling can be beneficial. Many find solace in sharing their experiences with others who have gone through similar grief, fostering a sense of belonging and understanding. Creating a memorial for lost babies, whether through planting a tree or holding a small ceremony, can also provide a space for closure and remembrance. Additionally, exploring new ways to express emotions, such as journaling or engaging in art, can facilitate the healing process. Remember, it’s okay to grieve and there’s no timeline for recovery. Taking small steps each day towards emotional healing can lead to gradually finding light amidst the pain. Always consider reaching out to support groups or counselors specialized in prenatal or postnatal grief, as they can provide invaluable resources and perspectives on healing.

I'm so sorry for your loss but you aren't alone...My first pregnancy was my oldest daughter...Then 2 first-trimester miscarriages, then my middle daughter, then one more first-trimester miscarriage, and last, definitely not the least, I had my youngest baby girl...I have 3 beautiful grown daughters but I often wonder about the 3 babies I lost...I believe a miscarriage is a human soul deciding to pull out of the unborn baby's body (I don't believe in the word "fetus") for whatever reason, and a miscarriage happens because the human body needs a soul to grow and be born and when theres no soul, the body dies...I believe a soul enters a baby's body at the moment of conception...

hey there, momma (yes, I'll call you that). I am a momma to 6 heaven babies. I have had one in 2002, 2006, 2011, 2019, 2020 and 2023. in between those lost, I had babies 2003, 2012, 2013q, 2016, 2021 and my now 5 month old in 2024. mine lost happened early like yours did. with my loss, i come to hate my body because I felt like it failed my babies too. give your body time to heal and your mind time to process it's not your fault. in all reality it is. I did research when I kept lossing mine. look into like how your body (the mother) will reject the baby. you'll be surprised at what you find. because it helped me a lot to find out the main reason. if you want me to tell I'll will. but by doing my own research it helped me. I truly hope your mind can move past this tragic time. I'm sending positive thoughts your way. take care of yourself.
