Hey everyone! So glad you stopped by my little corner of Lemon8. As I mentioned, I just made the big move from sunny Texas to beautiful Utah this year, and it’s been quite an adventure! It feels like a fresh start, especially with my recent engagement which still has me on cloud nine. Moving to a new state means meeting new people, and that's exactly why I'm here – to connect with you all! Life as a masters student can be pretty demanding, but I absolutely love what I do. I earned my BS in Psychology and am now diving even deeper into the field for my master's degree. It's fascinating to learn about human behavior and how we connect. My dream is to eventually work in a field where I can truly help others through understanding. Balancing studies with exploring Utah has been a fun challenge! What are some of your favorite study spots or ways to unwind after a long day of learning? Speaking of unwinding, travel is one of my biggest passions. If you saw my engagement story, you know my amazing fiancé proposed last month in Italy! It was absolutely magical. We explored so many incredible cities, and I fell in love with the culture and history. Before that, I’ve had some amazing adventures, and I'm always planning my next getaway. I dream of visiting places like Japan for its unique blend of tradition and modernity, or maybe a relaxing beach trip to Thailand. Where are your top travel destinations, or what's a place you've visited that completely captured your heart? Beyond academics and globetrotting, I have a few other things that make me, me! I’m a huge fan of Pilates – it's my go-to for staying active and feeling strong, especially after sitting for lectures all day. If you have any favorite Pilates routines or studios in Utah, I'd love to hear about them! And coming from Texas, you can bet I have a soft spot for country music. There's nothing quite like a good country song to lift your spirits or accompany a long drive. What kind of music are you all into right now? So, that's a little more about me!
