INS:
I need to get better at organizing my room, work spaces, and schoolwork. When you’re organized, it helps in all aspects of your life. As my always says, messy room = messy life, and I used to fight her about this, but she’s right. Another thing I need to prioritize in 2024 is my health. I used to be a health nut and constantly worried about my calorie, protein and carb intake, but recently I have gotten so busy and gave up. I must drink more water, and live a healthier life style! The last thing I want to have in 2024 is more travel time. In 2023 I visited many amazing places throughout the US, but I want to expand and travel to different countries and visit amazing places to hike/camp.

OUTS:
In 2024 there are quite a few things I want out of my life. First, I am a huge procrastinator… at times it makes me work faster and think faster and it helps, but overall it needs to stop. I procrastinate in every aspect of my home & school life. This takes a role on my mental health and stresses me out, so needless to say, NO MORE PROCRASTINATION!! Another thing that my busy lifestyle has taken over is my breakfast time. I’m used to waking up, getting some things done, and then leaving the house with nothing in my stomach until I realize I’m hungry and it’s lunch time. This needs to go ASAP, breakfast is easily one of the most important meals of the day. The last thing I’m going to talk about is being on my phone before bed. I used to be such a reader and I loved reading before bed rather than watching a show on my phone or TV. In 2024 I want to start reading again! Before bed, when I’m relaxing, anywhere honestly, reading is so calming and it’s good for your brain.
