Ten year vision
"Ten years from now, I want to look back at this moment and see how far we've come. Everything I'm working for now is focused on one picture: a life filled with security, love, and growth for my family.
First, that house. We won't just be renting anymore; we'll be homeowners. I'm picturing a beautiful, spacious home with a big backyard where these two boys can run themselves ragged. It'll be ours, a space we design and grow into, filled with laughter, holiday chaos, and all the memories of their teenage years.
And yes, I'm going to finally get my dream car! I want that luxury SUV—the one that fits all the kids, all the sports equipment, and still looks amazing when I pull into the driveway. My husband's going to get his too, of course. I can see us now, pulling out of our garage on a Saturday morning, heading out for a family trip, completely free and comfortable.
But the most important part of that picture is who is in it. These boys will be older then—I'll have a 17-year-old and an 11-year-old—and I know my plate will be full with school events and big talks. But I want to be right there, fully present, watching them grow into amazing young men.
And standing next to me through it all will be my rock, my husband. We'll be a team, as always, having built a foundation strong enough to handle everything life throws at us. We'll be successful, not just in our careers, but in our partnership.
In ten years, my life won't just be good, it will be settled. We'll have everything we need, and more than enough to give back. That's the dream: A beautiful home, a couple of beautiful cars, and my beautiful family, thriving together."
