I began my day with a protein-packed shake, using Fairlife protein, leading into a mid-morning treat of grapes paired with rice cakes and Laughing Cow cheese sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning. For lunch, I enjoyed a hearty chicken and chickpea salad wrapped in a low-carb tortilla, along with a mini Perfect Bar to keep my energy levels high. Afterward, I indulged in a sweet and guilt-free treat, sugar-free Jello, to satisfy my sweet tooth. I finished my food journey with real good chicken nuggets and the best yogurt bowl I've ever made. All in, my total calorie intake for the day was 1674, providing me with 131 grams of protein to fuel my activities. Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring; get creative and enjoy every bite!
